Jake went out of his way to get me the information I needed, check in along the way that I was getting everything smoothly, answered lots of questions beyond the scope of the sale, and remedied an issue with 0 delay. I would recommend these guys over and over for how helpful they were.

I was interested in Rubio Monocoat finishes. I requested 5-6 Samples and they mailed out immediately. I have now ordered the finish I want and look forward to using Lumberjack again in the future

I called with a question about the product I was looking at and they were super knowledgeable and helpful, and then when the factory shipped the wrong item (totally not lumberjack's fault) they took care of it immediately with no hassle at all! Hands down the best direct customer service interaction I've ever had with an online store!
