We live in a 150 year old home in Buchanan MI. They were able to bring the original flooring back to life. They look amazing! We would definitely recommend them to anyone. They were professional and did everything they said they would. The staff was very nice and talked to us about the entire process. They made the entire process easy and enjoyable to work with. Definitely recommend. Rick Buchanan MI.

I have recommended a ton of people to this company lumberjack as they follow through my entire order with me from start to finish with the ordering process and helping me have someone select materials with me to making my order very simple by sending an invoice for me to pay and shortly after giving me tracking info to track my material as I could update myself and my installer as to exactly where it was such a pleasure to work with you guys and I will continue to send all of my referrals your way amazing at the whole process. I received an entire carton of damaged product. and was told that damaged product is perfect to use for cuts, and that my contractor should just make it work. I've honestly never been told to just deal with damaged product... maybe this is standard practice, but it seemed like very poor Customer Service to me. Damaged product is damaged product, and I shouldn't have to make it work. I honestly don't know if I'm going to come in short on my project as a result. Very disappointed, and will not be using this company again in the future.

Hi Leah, Of course we will send you what you need to finish your project! Often times there is exterior damage to the boxes but not internal damage to the flooring. If that is the case, however, cut away from the damages upon install and use those boards for starter or end rows as you will have to make cuts for a random unique pattern. If there are any boards that cannot be used during the installation process due to damages, please put to the the side and take pictures of each board, pile them up and count them. Email pictures to [email protected] start the claims process. Lumberjack will refund or replace any boards than cannot be used due to damages from the shipping process!
Great service!!! Jacob was able to locate a discontinued product, at the best price I could find for shipping and material. Having it shipped. Done deal. Thank you again.
