Thank you for sharing this! We always want to give you honest answers, not a sales pitch — so we're glad that came through. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know!
Use another Shipper, I will return. USPS is incompetent at best. I am very very RURAL Oklahoma, they sit on MAIL until Truck is full then deliver to Crescent, Dover, Marshall, Covington some with 1 Employee Post Office. Prescription are late, Mortgage, Water, Electricity bills sit for days in OKC. I can not do any Buisness with Companies who Ship USPS. SUCKS YOUR PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT. I JUST DO NOT USE USPS EVER.

Thank you for the honest feedback, and I'm sorry for the frustration USPS delays have caused — that's a genuinely difficult situation, especially with essentials like prescriptions and bills getting held up too. We really appreciate you saying our product itself has been excellent, and we don't want shipping to be the reason we lose you as a customer. I'll pass your feedback about shipping carrier options along to our team, and if there's a way to arrange a different shipping method for your future orders, we'd like to look into that for you.
I had to have my address changed. The rep was helpful, courteous & very quick to fix this. All good.

Was able to return the item with no questions asked. Do wish that a return free label had been provided.
