Just like him, you’ve never been a customer, yet you present your opinion as fact to harm our reputation. Let’s set the record straight: You have never purchased from us. We have checked thoroughly — no order, no payment, no interaction with our support team. There is absolutely no record of you ever receiving or even inquiring about a Ludovic product. Your attempt to imply otherwise is deliberately misleading. Your motives are not about product quality. Your comments, just like William’s, show a consistent pattern — an open dislike for Moissanite’s growing popularity and our ability to challenge outdated diamond market pricing. You ignore factual responses, dismiss documented benefits, and instead spread generalized negativity that has no basis in real customer experience. You’re part of a pattern of deceptive reviews. William’s own Trustpilot review was previously removed for violating guidelines, after we proved he had never bought from us. He then altered his story, even going as far as to claim he purchased before — with no proof — to get his review reinstated. Those tactics are as deceptive as the claims you’re making now.
