This software is helping us understand how our website looks through the eyes of others, which is what really matters. The usage patterns, the most popular areas, the features that aren't as intuitive as we had hoped - all uncovered. Impressively practical.

Not all superheroes wear capes, but maybe we can add a cape to our next feature. 😉 Thanks for sharing the Lucky Orange love, Michael! There’s nothing quite like the feeling when you see exactly what’s stopping more visitors from turning into customers. Instead of blindly trying to improve your website, you can isolate the issue and fix it by using Lucky Orange to see visitor behavior. Thanks again for your review, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything! Cheers - Emilia from Lucky Orange

This software is very powerful. It can help me analyze the source of store visitors and the various directions that customers click on the page. I can optimize and improve the store based on the customer's click trajectory. However, it is recommended to improve the network speed. Sometimes the response time to obtain customers is slow, but overall it is very suitable for Shopify store applications.

We appreciate your review! Seeing what your customers experience in real time can give you the powerful insight you need to address their needs quickly while preventing any barriers to conversion. Let's talk about site speed for a moment. Lucky Orange is designed to have minimal impact on your site speed. Our tracking code loads asynchronously, meaning it doesn't load on your site until the essential elements have fully loaded and are fully functional. Compared to other conversion rate optimization tools, Lucky Orange continues to receive the highest marks in Yottaa's annual report, indicating that our software has little to no performance impact on website speed. I'd be more than happy to discuss this further with you when we connect. In the meantime, here’s the link to the report if you are interested in reading it: https://www.yottaa.com/thank-you-for-downloading-the-annual-ecommerce-technology-buyers-guide/. At your earliest convenience, please send an email to [email protected] referencing this review. We want to understand your concern about obtaining customers slowly and further investigate your experience. We look forward to hearing from you soon! Cheers - Justin from Lucky Orange
