Terrible Company, Stat Away!!!
I purchased a 78 rpm stylus for a Pickering cartridge from LPtunes.com. The stylus they sent had a diamond smaller than the standard lp diamond. The 78 rpm diamond should be many times larger. The company would not grant a simple return until I threatened to dispute the credit card charge and leave negitive reiews on all facebook turntable and record sites. They issued a RMA # and had me send it back. Three weeks after they received it I have not been contacted and no refund issued. They now have the money and the stylus. I have now filed a credit card dispute with Wells Fargo and am leaving negitive reviews on all relevant sites. Please do not buy from this company, you will regret it if you do.
