Omega Complex wasn’t in my box. I should have received a bag with my subscription

Hello Kris, Oh no!! I'm so sorry to hear that. It sounds like our fulfillment team was working a little TOO quickly to get your order out. I'm routing this to my team so they can look into a replacement for your missing Omega Complex right away.
I appreciate knowing that I'm taking a vegan product that's great for my health and is cruelty free and gives me the nutrients I need. You're always prompt in sending the vitamins and I appreciate the service you give me.

Beware of this company. A long story: they sent me a defect product (gel caps half full). I asked for a refund, it took them 3 months and multiple e-mails to act, pretending that they were out of stock when their website showed that they still had them in stock. I cancelled my subscription early july, and with a canceled subscription, they are still charging and sending me products. I wouldn't trust them for a second.
