Slow movement that stretched my body

Cannot get ahold of customer service. Cannot find information about my plan. Just wants me to pick more

My experience with the team is they were understanding, compassionate, supportive and accommodating. The team overlooked a strict no refund policy to be overlooked due to our circumstances.

I paid for what I thought was the first two months. After realising I was unable to do exercises I cancelled the subscription. However a further month was taken. As soon as I realised I contacted by email for a refund. No reply was given. I am so glad I paid for this with PayPal as they sorted this issue instantly. I shall never use this company again, big thanks to PayPal.

I didn’t even intend to purchase this product. When attempting to back out of the offer, i inadvertently “purchased” a premium package that I emailed them about immediately, told them I didn’t want it and to refund me. They did not, AND they charged me again 3 months later. I’ve emailed them, they told me they saw that my account is ALREADY canceled but there is no refund.

Everything about this company is fraudulent. The support is entirely AI. Once they have your credit card they charge you for "Packages" you've never ordered. PLEASE no one do anything with these people.

I tried to cancel within 4 days and not only did they not give any refund they charged my acct for full subscription 10 days late, and again the next 2 months. After I had don't everything I could think of to cancel the subscription. Finally had to go through my credit card.

I truly appreciate your refund to me but, there’s a further $38.95 which was debited from my account on 17th March 2026 which I believe was ‘after’ I cancelled. I trust you will refund this amount also? With warm regards Wilhelmina Green
