Thank you for your feedback. We can totally see why that looked like a double charge, and we’re sorry for the confusion and the frustrating automated response! To help clarify: Our lifetime upgrade offer is actually calculated by taking what you just paid for the annual premium plan and applying it toward the lifetime total. Because that annual payment is already factored into the final cost of the lifetime membership, it isn't refunded separately. That said, we want to make sure your account is set up exactly right, and that you feel good about your membership. Please head over to our Help Center: https://loseit.zendesk.com/hc/en-us and open a support ticket so our team can personally review your account details and make sure everything is squared away. Be sure to mention you submitted a Trustpilot review, so we can expedite your request.

Thank you for reaching out Deb, and we are so sorry for the frustrating surprise. Just to clarify, whether you signed up through the App Store, Google Play, or online via our website, an automated renewal notification is always sent out ahead of time. Perhaps it went to spam. We're truly sorry if that email somehow missed you or slipped through the cracks. Because we don't have access to your private account or payment details here on Trustpilot, please reach out to our support team directly through our Help Center-https://help.loseit.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. We want to look into this for you right away, and help you get this sorted out.
