Bought cute progressive glasses during a sale, and I have experience wearing progressives but they seem to be defective. My eyes can’t focus at all in them, like there was a production issue. And as I found out, they were final sale. $80 wasted… maybe they were trying to get rid of units with quality issues?

Love the glasses. Have bought twice from you. However, both times the shipping took a long time. Weeks past what I was told. The excuse was that they were using and second party for shipping. It really shouldn’t take but a few days to receive glasses. Again, I do like the glasses.

Hi Rebecca, Thank you so much for your continued support and for purchasing from us more than once. We’re very happy to hear you love the glasses. We also truly appreciate your feedback regarding shipping. We completely understand how frustrating it is when delivery takes longer than expected, especially when you’re excited to receive your order. While some delays can happen once packages are transferred to third-party carriers, we agree that the experience should be smoother and faster. Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we are actively working on improving our shipping process and delivery times moving forward. We also happy to refund you for the shipping cost. We genuinely appreciate you being part of the LOOK OPTIC community. Thank you, LOOK OPTIC
The look of the glasses was beautiful. The problem for me is that I'm farsighted but need readers. The top portion, for regular viewing, was not clear. It was extremely blurry for me, leading me to believe that it wasn't an unaltered lense. Very unfortunate.

Hi Mariel, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re so sorry to hear the lenses didn’t meet your expectations. Please note we do not offer distance magnification- Our progressives are clear at the top, and readers at the bottom. In addition, it can take up to 2 weeks to get used to them. Please email us at [email protected] we’d be happy to help you find an option that better suits your vision needs. Thank you, Tuti
Blurry lenses....

Hi Tery, We’re sorry to hear your lenses feel blurry! Progressive lenses can take some time to adjust to, typically up to two weeks. Proper sizing and fit are also key to ensuring clear vision, so if your frames sit too high or low, that can impact how well the lenses work. We’d be happy to walk you through a quick fit check or adjustment guide if you’d like! Please email us at [email protected] — The LOOK OPTIC Team
They are nice looking but I can't see out of them. I ordered 2.5 because that is what I wear in drugstore readers but it's just totally blurry.

Glasses are too wide. They slip off my face all the time. It’s too hard to have to constantly be pushing them up. Definitely do not recommend if you have a narrow face. Update: I am unable to return them as these were final sale.

Hi, We’re sorry to hear your COSMO-M glasses feel too wide. We completely understand how frustrating it can be to have to keep pushing them up. Good news, we offer smaller frames than COSMO-M that are designed for narrower faces, so you can find a more comfortable and secure fit. We suggest exchanging for Sullivan, Keaton, and Abbey. We’d be happy to help you pick the perfect style. Please email us at [email protected] The LOOK OPTIC Team
The glasses are pretty but I don’t think the progressive is good.

Hi Jennifer, We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our progressive lenses hasn’t been ideal. We truly appreciate your feedback. It can take up to two weeks to fully adjust to progressives, as your eyes adapt to the gradual transition. Someone from our customer service team would be happy to guide you through this adjustment period or explore an alternative option if needed. Thank you. LOOK OPTIC
