Placed an order on line. Message said order would be ready at 2pm. Went to the outlet and was told there was no order for me. Tried to verify that the $50.00 was not removed from my gift card, Went to longhornsteakhouse.com to check balance and got a message that said my gift card was not activated. No further help. The person I talked with at the Texarkana LongHorn steakhouse said if I didn't order in the ap that she had no idea of where the order went. I plan on giving the giftcard to a homeless person and never go to the LongHorn again.

Me and my friend went to Longhorns in Slidell Saturday. When I tell you the service has gone down. I had a The lh steak it was tough I bought it home and threw it in the trash. I also had a loaded potato it was bare had hardly any ingredients and very dry. My friend had a lh burger and a loaded potato it was his first time there. He had a burger looked like it come out of a bag a threw on the grill and very soggy. I was so embarrassed after raving about how good this place was. The last time my family and I were there we noticed things were falling off the food looked under cooked and not up to par, but we thought they were just under staffed or something. After Saturday I’m done with Longhorn.

On Nov 5, 2023 we dined at Longhorn in Bayonne, New Jersey. Upon receiving our food that we ordered and tasting it, we discovered that the food was entirely too salty. Whether it was an appetizer, a steak, a hamburger, or just some grilled vegetables the food contained so much salt that it was on the verge of being totally inedible. The children, their parents and the seniors that were there to dine all complained of the food having way too much salt. Upon complaining to the waitress for the second time that the cook added too much salt, we were told that “corporate told the chefs they must make the food more savory”. Does savory have to include tons of salt? Some of the family members are on medicine for high blood pressure and all the salt caused them to drink all night long and a rise in the morning with swollen ankles, fingers and face. They had headaches in the morning due to their blood pressure being so elevated. I think this can be rectified easily by corporate telling the chefs to go back to the salt content before they were told to make it savory. If they insist upon not correcting the salt content, they will be losing customers constantly. In this day and age of the public being well aware of nutrition and cutting back on sugar, fat and salt, there is no place for this food in the general establishment. If the Dept of Health came into Longhorn and analyzed the salt content of the food at this point in time, I think they would be amazed at how much salt is being added and declare it unhealthy and inedible by humans!! You have been warned.

All of the food was cold for 4 dinners and my steak wasn't even on the plate initially. The only good part was we didn't have to pay for anything except the drinks. Terrible experience.

My baked potato was TASTELESS...... (I DONT HAVE COVID 19🤣🤣) MY 34 DOLLAR PORTERHOUSE WAS A JOKE. I ASKED FOR MEDIUM A LITTLE PINK. VERY WELL DONE.... YEAH I EVEN FOUND BURN ON IT. THEY HAD NO GARLIC SALT TO BOOST STEAK. OFFERED ME STEAK SAUCE....🤢🤮 MY HOT BREAD WAS NOT IN ANY WAY FRESH. IT WAS MICROWAVED HOT IN MY OPINION. MOM ALWAYS SAID EAT WHAT'S IN FRONT OF YOU. PEOPLE ARE STARVING. SO I ATE MY FOOD AND THOUGHT ILL MAKE A STATEMENT ON HERE. I WAS NICE WITH 3 STARS I ALMOST DID ONE STAR.

This is the longhorn in North Charleston, SC 7250 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406 Great folks in that restuarant-this is long due from year 2022 to 2023 Outstanding Customer SErvice in North Charleston area, before i moved to Orlando, Florida 32810-4075 I was in 29410-2899 - it is long time anyhow these people should not be forgotten they way they did good service i was trying to ensure even though it could be close to 6 to 9 . LongHorn Southaven , the best diner we visited during our 5 week roadtrip , fresh salad , juicy T bone steak and the sweetest dessert served by the most friendly staff , even a phone charger was provided on request

Amanda is always willing to accommodate our large group for our birthday celebrations. They are quick to get our orders and always serve us with a smile. My steak was perfect. We enjoy eating at the Airport Longhorns. This is our go to place for our family.
