Wish I had read reviews before buying, avoid at all costs placed a order over 1 month ago and re ieved nothing. Emailed to get a generic reply after 5/6 days saying to be patient not confident I will get my item at all

Ridiculous delivery time (still supposedly in China after many weeks). Useless customer service, take a week to reply, then say to wait another week, i told to wait yet another week, then just that they already told me to keep waiting ! I nolonger trust it will even turn up.... -update. Just had email saying to wait ANOTHER 7 days🙄 and offering partial store credit. No comment in slow replies or acknowledgement thus is now the THIRD "wait another week". AND the reply here to say to contact customer service, when I said i had MULTIPLE times? 😂

Disgusting company . Never delivered the hearing aid product I ordered in May . Sent many messages but no refund or replacement. Now I get many marketing emails from them . Real con artists .

Absolutely shocking! Have contacted them 6 times over the past few days to return portable steam cleaner. They sent me two of them? They are not as expected . Cheap, nasty, useless! Don't bother ordered bone conduction headphones on the 11th April never received constantly emailed on 9th May I was told I'd get another sent out and when it arrived it was 1 hearing aid so a few more emails was getting a full refund but as of today still nothing

I waited a long time for the product to arrive and when it did eventually arrive the plug was broken and they said they would send me a new one but still haven’t recieved it

Received the replacement of hand steamer as the first one box was damaged and something was missing

Product ordered was not what was delivered. Ordered a verifocal and light changing eye glasses but the one delivered was just a single focal 3.0 magnifying and non light changing sensitive glasses. The product quality was poor and with no instructions or how to send it back or get a refund. The product delivery took almost a month to get to my address and was not the same product as advertised online. Zero or poor quality in all. I'll never buy and product again ever from.them.
