I chose the option to take a venous draw at a local clinic, the fact that I still need to wait for a kit to arrive to my house invalidates this option. You would assume by choosing the option to attend a clinic would bypass these waiting times.

My flight was delayed 12 hours and you didn't notify it at all. When I saw this in the app I've reached you, and, you tried to help me suing a claim to the flight operator. That time you were very responsive but after that I've never had any additional update since you took this case. I also tried to submit a claim in my own and the flight company had said that they were trying to contact you/me to warn about the flight change and they abandon all its responsibility because of that. I had to pay an stay at an hotel and other additional expenses due this situation, so I would like you to consider this and you make a reimburse at least for the hotel stay.

My company implemented Lola... the problem is that the tool simply doesn’t work most of the time. The fares that Lola finds are consistently more expensive than what’s available on the airline’s own websites, without offering any extra flexibility. Many flights that I can find elsewhere are not available. The hotel booking tool is possibly worse. It crashes all the time, does not allow you to search flexible rates without clicking through every single hotel, and is just super super slow. The only positive thing is that their support chat is really fast and competent.

My company requires us to use Lola for booking travel, which is fine and probably simplifies things on their end. However, the Lola email itineraries won't import into TripCase, so I have to enter it manually which is a PITA.

site is very basic and difficult to use. difficult to search properties and find business style properties. All it seems to do is to find very cheap and basic. Why would you put a hostal on a business travel site and call it a boutique property???

I talked with the representative in chat and I requested a window seat she said she had on window seats on every flight of the four flights I sat by one window. During the seat selection I could not do anything hence the reason she allegedly helped out.

The company endorses the use of Lola, but I have too many problems with the tool to use it myself. It's more efficient and cost-effective to book directly and then I have no surprises.

Cannot choose premium seat even though you have my frequent flyer number. Have to go back and log in to United and change my seat. With that being the case I’d rather book it directly instead of adding to my workload
