Jordan was extremely welcoming and helpful in our journey to find a house. He made finding a home a easy experience and held our hands the whole way! Even after finding a home and getting our keys he continued to support us. He went above and beyond than any realtor we've had before. He will do right by you each and every time! Afterwards he provided a beautiful watercolor portrait of our home and wished me Happy Birthday! Thank you so much!

As an owner of a brokerage I work with many agents…Jordan is simply on of the best. Open, honest, communicative, and always working towards a win-win for both buyer and seller. These qualities are rare in this business and extremely appreciated!

The whole experience- working with our lender and real estate agent- was easy. They were very timely and responsive to our needs, and helped us feel comfortable through the whole buying process.

I highly recommend Jordan Smith and his colleagues. He made selling my home a stress free and easy experience. Not only did he find a buyer before listing my home, I was able to get more money than I expected. 5 star service from a 5 star team! Jordan’s your guy!

I would like to thank Jordan Smith, Adam Moore and his team of professionals at Local Utah Realty for helping me sell my home. They did a fantastic job! The entire process was streamlined, efficient and professional. I would recommend anyone selling or buying a house to contact this outstanding team!

We loved working with Local Utah Realty when selling our home. We specifically worked Stephen Dredge and he was so helpful and professional. He is the best!! We had some complications with our home (flooding) when we were under contract. He helped us work through it and made a tough situation much easier. If you are looking to buy or sell your home 10/10 would recommend these guys!

Hey just a note to praise our outstanding Realtor, Jordan Smith. He was fantastic throughout the process of finding, and buying our new home. Not only was he very professional, but he is also connected with the best support companies in the area. We were able to close on our home without any problems…from start to finish it was the smoothest home buying experience we have had. (And as a military family that moved every 2-3 years we have bought and sold several.) He also hooked us up with reasonable professionals for things we wanted to upgrade at our home before we moved in…he is extremely well connected. Can’t say enough about how great this guy is. If you have a choice of realtors, we highly recommend Jordan Smith at 801-317-6283!

Steve Dredge and the whole Local Utah Realty team are truly great at what they do. I have worked with several other realtors in the past and I can honestly say that Steve was by far the best. He was always there to answer any of my questions, give me professional advice, and my family and I always felt he was passionate about helping us find our forever home. If you or anyone you know is looking to purchase/sell a home, do yourself a favor and use Stephen Dredge from Local Utah Realty. P.S: The "Work with me, move for free" offer was a lifesaver and Steve stayed late multiple nights to help me and my family move into our new home.
