During showings and inspections, Jordan looks beyond finishes and square footage to help clients recognize potential concerns involving roofing, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, water intrusion, sewer systems, structural issues, and other potentially expensive components of a home. For buyers, that knowledge can help identify problems before purchasing and provide valuable leverage during inspection and due diligence negotiations. For sellers, it helps determine which improvements are worth making before listing—and which ones are unlikely to produce a meaningful return.
