I would have given you more stars, but I guess they were busy! You did an AMAZING job, we will be having more business in the future.

This is the 9th or 10 time I have ordered from you guys. Each time has been outstanding!! Excellent packaging, lobsters are packed very well and have always arrived in good condition!! I have probably ordered 300 so far and will use you guys again soon. That’s for the great service and excellent product.

Lobsters Online has the best customer service. They care the products they sold. After initial communication with them, issue was resolved right away! Will order again.

Had a problem with shipping, all on FedEx, shared it with the company via email they replaced the 20 lb boat run box free to us they even wouldn't let us pay shipping, they really stepped up, thank-you, would buy again or recommend to a friend
