I sent four 2 pound lobsters to my cousins in Medina, Ohio along with two buckets of clam chowder. They arrived by 3pm on Saturday…just in time for dinner. My cousins said they didn’t know what tasted better…the lobsters or the clam chowder. I just wanted to say thank you for helping me bring the taste of home to my cousins in the Midwest. They truly appreciate New England seafood and felt like they were back home.

I think everything was done perfectly. I could not ask for more. At the same time, I did find my lobster substantially cheaper elsewhere--you may want to recalibrate your prices. I know that's hard to do. Especially when you deliver. But no one can criticize you for failing to deliver an excellent product. Also, the people who are issuing criticisms--I don't believe it. You're too classy.

Lobsters came on time. Lobsters were cold lively and fresh. Second time ordering from this company and will repeat!!

I was asked to do a review about "how to improve service" for Lobsters Online. I'm a straight-shooter that tells it like it is. There is no way Lobsters Online can improve unless they give their products away for free. Lobsters Online is my go-to source for lobsters in the US of A. The best of the best in customer service, but more importantly: the best products, hands down. Doesn't get any better than that!

They were really good. Only complaint would be the entire order were all Female. I do prefer males.
