We ordered lobster, mussels, oysters, and Mahi Mahi. Everything was delicious except for the Mahi Mahi. The Mahi Mahi was totally inedible. It was brown and yucky looking. After leaving this review Lobsters-online.com reached out to me to offer a full refund of the Mahi Mahi or to offer a replacement at no additional cost. Thank you Lobsters-Online!

50% of the lobsters were full and 50% just peeled and not full.

**UPDATE. My issue was properly & very professionally resolved. Thank you to JM who made the necessary adjustments with regards to my order. Her professionalism & exceptional customer service was beyond my expectations. I will definitely make purchases in the future for more lobsters & other merchandise. This time my New Year’s Eve dinner did not live up to my expectations or the money I spent. The lobster tasted bland & a little “off” from what I’m used to, even though it was cooked with the same method. Basically just disappointed seeing how much I spent & what I was expecting.

Well we ordered 3 10oz lobster tails for New Years ! They showed up on time and 2 of the Tails were in good shape . Sadly the 3rd one was hollow on the inside for the most part . When we boiled them the one just turned to mush .
