Disappointed
The company was very helpful in placing an order, however, the delivery went wrong. The shipping label carried the name of the parent company instead of having my name on the shipping label. Delivery was made to the campground I am in, but the mail room could not release it because my name did not appear on the label. Fed Ex could not track the package because my name was not on the shipping label. When I called Livingwell back to explain the situation their response was simply, “I’m sorry is there anything else I can help you with”, I was very disappointed in their uncaring response for all the hassle they caused.

We're so sorry about this! We checked our call recordings and see that the rep you spoke with spent considerable time with you explaining that your package was delivered and how to locate it at the RV campground where it was delivered. We've also our counseled our order entry team to make sure that customer names are prominently displayed on the shipping label. We're going to give you a refund on the shipping fee for your inconvenience however. Safe travels!
