Excellent quality shilajit I’m Dr. Matt Zakutney, D.C., and I’ve personally used shilajit for years as part of my daily routine. I’m very particular about the supplements I use, especially when it comes to sourcing, purity, and overall quality, and Optimum’s shilajit is a product I feel confident using. I primarily use shilajit to support my energy, performance, and overall wellness, and it has become one of the few supplements that has remained a consistent part of my routine over the years.
