Hi Jon, Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience with Live Anabolic has been frustrating — especially regarding the volume of emails you received and the results you expected from our products. First, on the email concern: we completely understand how receiving too many messages can feel overwhelming. That’s not the experience we want for anyone, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. If you’d like, our support team can immediately help reduce or stop emails so you only receive the ones you want (or none at all). As for results, we know supplements can work differently from person to person based on factors like starting health, lifestyle, consistency, and individual biology. That said, we never want a long-time customer to feel disappointed or misled, and we take your concerns seriously. We also appreciate your feedback on our packs and marketing. We strive to be clear and upfront about what our products can and cannot do, and we’ll be reviewing your comments internally to ensure our messaging stays accurate, respectful, and helpful. If you’re open to it, we’d genuinely like the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to our support team at [email protected] with your order email so we can review your experience and see what we can do to help. Thank you again for your past support, and we’re sorry we fell short here. — Live Anabolic Support Team

Hi Oscar, Thank you for sharing this, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this has caused. We want to make this right. After reviewing your account, we did process your refund through PayPal on 7/3/25 at 11:32 AM, following receipt of your returned bottles. To help clear up any confusion, we’re also reaching out to you directly by email with a screenshot confirmation of the refund transaction for your records. In most cases, PayPal refunds return to the original payment method automatically, but depending on the bank or card provider, the timing can vary. If you didn’t see the funds back in your account for any reason, please reply to our email and we’ll be happy to contact PayPal directly to find out what may have happened. We stand behind our 100% money-back guarantee, and we truly apologize that your refund hasn’t been visible on your end yet. We’ll stay on this with you until it’s fully resolved. — Live Anabolic Support Team

Hi Paul, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused. This is absolutely not the experience we want for any customer. After reviewing your order history, we can see that you were provided tracking updates and that the shipment appeared to stall after arriving in the UK. We also attempted to resolve this by sending a replacement, but unfortunately the second shipment experienced the same issue. We want to be very clear: we are not a con, and we take full responsibility for making sure you either receive your order or receive a full refund. We are reaching out to you directly by email to get this resolved immediately. At this point, we can either: reship using a different shipping method, or issue a full refund right away Please reply to our email (or contact us at [email protected] ) so we can confirm the best option for you and close this out as quickly as possible. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate the opportunity to make this right. — Live Anabolic Support Team
