Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your honest feedback about your recent TestoChews order — we really appreciate you taking the time to include the lot number. You’re correct that we made a small formula adjustment about nine months ago to improve consistency and shelf stability. Most customers haven’t noticed a difference, but we completely understand that taste and texture changes can feel noticeable, especially if you’ve been using TestoChews for a while. We’re sorry this batch didn’t meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable to us — we’ve shared it with our production team so they can review this specific lot for any quality variances. You can reach out to our support team at [email protected] if you would like to return any products for a refund per our money-back guarantee. Thank you again for being a loyal customer! — Live Anabolic Support Team
