Little Lifely makes beds for kids who are ready to leave the cot.We started because we couldn't find a first bed we'd actually want our own kids in. Most toddler beds are either hard wooden frames with corners at head height, or flimsy things that fall apart in a year. So we designed our own.The Little Lifely bed is made from soft, high-density foam with no hard edges, no slats and no gaps. It sits low to the ground, so your child can climb in and out on their own, and if they roll off in the night, it's a short, soft drop. The whole thing comes in a box, expands when you open it, and takes two adults about 20 minutes to put together with no tools.Every bed has a removable, machine-washable cover. Spills, accidents and sticky hands are part of the deal with toddlers, so we made the bed easy to clean instead of pretending it won't get dirty. Covers come in a range of colours and can be personalised with your child's name.Thousands of families have made the move from cot to big-kid bed with us.If you've got a question, just email us. A real person will reply.

We recently bought the little lifely bed for our toddler. He loves it! It is a cozy spot to read his stories and sleep. I love the light grey colour. I highly recommend this bed to any toddler transitioning to a bed. Delivery was quick.

The light grey is a beautiful choice too! 😊 It’s wonderful to know that you’re happy with the delivery experience as well. Thank you for recommending Lifely to other families, it means so much to us!
Your customer service department was excellent when I was waiting on my grandaughter's bed to arrive. It was on order for a couple months. My grandaughter just loves the bed and even goes in sometimes during the day to just lay in her bed and play. We had issues with her going to bed before, but not any more. This bed was a blessing.

The company have been very difficult to contact or to get a straight forward answer, they have always been polite when they have responded but it seems like so generated responses to be honest, with not being able to just phone someone has been frustrating! We had to send our order back because there was a issue with checkout and we somehow had the wrong bed ordered and delivered despite the fact that was not the same bed that I put in my basket so I’ve complained about it and it’s taken a long time to return it and there was no correspondence about picking up the bed to return, DPL just turned up to take it. I’m still yet to get the correct bed but since the price is now gone up of that bed, I’m going to have to pay more. We’re very little concerned for Customer Service is still not resolved.

Hi Tammy, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback with us. We’re very sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with contacting our Customer Service team, the incorrect bed being delivered, and the delays and lack of communication around the return. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have to arrange a return, receive limited communication about the collection, and then still be waiting for the correct bed. We’re also sorry that you’ve been left concerned about the price difference following the increase. We sincerely apologise that your experience has not met the standard of service we aim to provide. Your feedback around communication, accessibility and the way returns are handled is extremely valuable to us, and we will use it to help improve our processes and the experience we provide to future customers. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we’re sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused.
Absolutely love my toddlers little lifely bed, it’s big enough and comfy enough for us both when he needs a little extra cuddle time at night and he loves bouncing around.

Product is great, however the experience of purchasing the under-bed raiser leaves a lot to be desired as its been paid for but never delivered.

Hi Adrian, Thank you for your review and for your kind words about our beds. We’re pleased to hear that you’re happy with the product, but we’re very sorry to hear about your experience with the under-bed raiser. We understand how frustrating it is to have paid for an item that hasn’t been delivered, and this certainly isn’t the experience we want for our customers. Please contact our customer service team with your order details so we can look into this for you and get the matter resolved as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
This bed is my favorite thing I have ever purchased. We struggled with a crib and were never successful at transitioning our daughter. She co slept with us from 1 year until we purchased this bed after her 2nd birthday. She slept in it alone LITERALLY on night one. She also is capable of self settling in this bed in a way that NEVER happened in her crib. I am telling everyone I encounter about how life changing this has been for us.

The company sent me another mattress. This second one is still not filling the frame completely and its been 5 days of fully expanding and there’s huge rolls all throughout the top of this mattress just like the first one. Don’t buy this bed the mattress especially is trash.
