I’ve been using Little Creek Hosting for years, and the value for the price is unbeatable. The service is consistently stable and reliable. When it comes to customer support, they’re top-tier - I always receive a quick response to my tickets, and the team genuinely goes above and beyond to help solve any issue I run into. I highly recommend their hosting service!

I just purchased a KVM-6G VK for Intel CPU for 4.88u, but the product has been marked as fraudulent and remains unavailable. I've submitted technical support requests but received no response, and emails have also gone unanswered. The website is now completely unresponsive. Please do not purchase any products from this website.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Orders on our platform can be automatically declined by our fraud prevention system based on certain risk signals — this isn't a manual scam determination, and no charge applies when this happens. If you submitted a support ticket, you should have received a reply explaining this. If you're not seeing a response, please reach out to [email protected] with your order number or ticket ID so we can look into it.
I have had some issues but they have always been responsive to email and we worked it out. Decent company. Trusted!!!

I've hosted sites with Floyd at Little Creek Hosting for many years now. Support has always been top-notch when any issues have arose (usually issues I created... like today). Highly recommended!

Thank you so much for your kind words and for being a loyal customer over the years! It truly means a lot to have earned your trust. I'm always happy to help, whether the issue is on our end or one of those "self-inflicted" moments we've all had. My goal has always been to provide fast, personal support and make sure your services stay running smoothly. Thank you again for your recommendation and for choosing Little Creek Hosting. I genuinely appreciate your continued business and look forward to serving you for many more years!
I have leased both Windows and Linux VM's over the past 2 years. I feel their service is above average even though their prices are very, to extremely, competitive. My newest VM has a great response time, is available 24/7, and the support has been outstanding (all questions were answered within 24 hours, usually less). They offer a 30 day guarantee ... what more can I say?

I have had multiple VPS with Little Crek hosting over the past few years and if I am honest, never had an issue, the service has been great. Customer service has always been fast and any issues I have had also have been resolved promptly and with no fuss. Can't recommend Floyd and this company enough.

I've been using it for 3 months. I have 2 vps servers. It shuts down the servers every 2 days and backs up with 1 day intervals, if you do not open a support request, it does not activate. It's a complete disgrace, I chose it because it was convenient. I don't have anything important. today he said that I had to reinstall because of errors like bios , ram , disk given by the server . because it is messing with your server without your permission. I definitely do not recommend. this is my last shopping with them

Hi Yusuf — sorry you had a rough run. Looking back at this, the shutdowns you saw tied back to hardware faults on the node your VPS was on (the BIOS/RAM/disk errors you mentioned) — that's why a reinstall was recommended once it was resolved, not because of anything on your end. I get that it doesn't feel great to have to open a ticket to get things back online, especially when it's a hardware issue and not something you caused. If you're still hosting anywhere and want to revisit this, reach out directly and I'll take a look at the account myself.
They're rookies, bad network performance and uptime, they'll migrate your vps without your knowledge and forget to turn it on, or suspend you randomly for nonpayment when it's not the case. They'll blame it on the system, the current phase of the moon, and even you for not turning on your own VPS. Ridiculous. It's never their fault, they never apologize. Not impressed with performance or their attitude. Take your heard earned cash elsewhere. Update: I gave up on your service because it sucked. I don't want my money back, just want people to know you're not worth the time and money.

Hi — I want to address the specific claim here: VPS instances aren't suspended or migrated without a logged operational reason on our end (maintenance, hardware failure, abuse flags, or billing). If your service was suspended for nonpayment when payment had actually gone through, that's a billing-side error worth correcting, not something to brush off — and I'm sorry if it came across that way at the time. If you want to send me the account details, I'll pull the actual logs from that period so you can see exactly what triggered it.
