Fantastic little bike for my son! He enjoys it very much. Edit: I read the comment section after leaving my review. I think some of the reviews are not fair but unwittingly have boosted the sale and reputation of the company!

Basically these are supposed to be made to last with your child, but they are a piece of garbage and the company often won't continue to supply you with parts at their own whim. Choose another option if you want quality!

Dear customers, this is a fake review. Our company was the target of a concerted attack to leave 1 star reviews on every single platform available. This went on for several days from April 2nd. We have tried to have these malicious reviews removed but trustpilot seems to think they are all above board. We have followed all of their guidelines including requesting information from the fake reviewers. Not one of them will reply and can not supply order numbers or any proof of doing any business with us, because there is none. Please look at all of the genuine reviews on our google profile or on our website. Thank you.
Low quality bikes and company is very hard to deal with, refusing proper support. Stay away, don't recommend.

Great company with great customer service. It is being targeted with bad reviews at the moment but please take the time to read further. I've purchased three separate bikes and each one is sturdy, easy to put together and the kids love them. I was helped with some follow up questions immediately. I wish I coukd g8ve them more than 5 stars to be honest

Antisemitic! Stay away. . . . I wanted to buy a bike for my daughter but will not go near this company. Pure hatred.

This is a complete scam. Customer service is racist and won’t serve you based on nationality or ethnicity AFTER they have already taken your money.

This company has become politically invested and is no longer a customer-oriented company. Instead of giving good service, it has decided to pick a political side and abandon the basic value that they are obligated to - SERVICE. Cannot be trusted, and is very disappointing.

Antisemitic owner. Openly shares his views on Jews. Denying shipping to Israel.
