Highly recommend litemail for your outreach strategy. I am an agency needing to start my campaign right away with no time to wait 2-3 weeks warm up. Litemail has given me the best mailboxes to start my campaign right away. Customer service is top notch and they helped me configure some emails in different platforms.

Absolutely top star! My first time doing cold email and Litemail's service has been exemplary to say the least. The whole process from inquiry to launching my very first campaign, they were extremely helpful. They would answer any questions I had and addressed any uncertainties. Definitely a TOP service provider!! props to Grace and Olivia!

Been with them for a week. Honestly, I freaking love their customer service and pricing. Best prices around and soooo user friendly to set up, but I want to give a shout out to Grace and Olivia (unsure if they are humans but this human doesn't care). Awesome experience so far, thank you!

This was truly supportive. The team was super fast, with under 30 minute response time. I accidentally made a wrong purchase of a subscription, and they were kind enough to refund me so I could get the right one. My campaigns would not have been successful without them. This is highly recommended.

Great customer service. Olivia answered quickly and resolved my issue promptly without 100 different back and forth. You get to communicate with real people that solve your problem immediately instead of an AI that keeps repeating the same thing. The pre-warmed up domains that were provided work fabulously for a campaign given that we had to launch on a short deadline. They are the best option on the market and also are the valuable and available. They won't treat like an opportunity in their CRM.

Customer support has been excellent. I had a lot of questions and they were able to answer them so as a novice I was able to set everything up correctly the first time. Response times were excellent!

This is a new product for me. I read up about what the service offers but I still had some questions. I scheduled a Saturday meeting and it turned out to be the CEO of the company. I had some basic questions and he was very patient with me until I understood. I then proceeded to purchase the service, and the support has been great. My questions are answered quickly and are helpful to my needs! I would highly recommend them as a service!
