Thank you for the fantastic review! We’re so pleased your lanterns brought some welcome light during the power outage and that our team looked after you so well. Wishing you many more bright evenings ahead!
I’ve been burned with purchasing things off Instagram in the past so I was pleasantly surprised to realize these lights are just as high-quality and awesome as your marketing says. I bought three and really love them.

I had several cheap solar lights that didn’t last but a couple of months so I bought these lights because of the warranty. The lights are exceptionally well built and the customer service was stellar. Since I have seen their quality I plan to buy a lantern light. Very happy with my purchase.

Thank you for trusting us after those disappointing experiences! We’re so pleased you’re happy with the quality of your lights and the support from our team. When you’re ready to add a lantern, we’d love to help you choose the perfect one!
One of my lanterns wasn’t working properly. Customer service gave me good guidance to reset it. But the fault kept coming back. When I reported this after a month, they immediately sent me a new lantern. All in all an awesome customer experience. Litehouse really cares, and takes great care of its customers. A rare example of trustworthiness. I wholeheartedly recommend Litehouse! Their products are worth the expenditure!

Incredibly responsive. Very precise feedback that allowed me to rapidly troubleshoot. LiteHouse made it very clear that if I could not easily resolve my issue, they would immediately replace my purchase.

The lanterns are superb and give such a huge amount of light! My order comprised of two, one of which sadly arrived damaged. In contacting the company they responded swiftly to the issue and I now have a perfect pair lighting my garden beautifully! An investment for sure but well worth it considering the quality of these solar lights! Collette
