When i get line 2 they said it has lot of features but actually it has not and even most of the time i can not make calls it keep singing me out.

This app is nothing to talk about than worst i'm trying to login but it kept me outside

ME TO OPEN IT OKAY

Lack of support. You can log in online to your dashboard but you can't make calls from the browser. I downloaded the app on both my PC and my phone. Both say that my account does not exist. Went to see if there were youtube videos to help, but they're 4 years old with an old system and still doesn't address the problem. Went to see about support, but they open LATE because they're pacific and only Monday to Friday. There's no 24/7 chat. Their Help menu does not address the issue. I want my money back after I just signed up with them.
