We’re very sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t what you expected. We’re pleased that you liked the design, but we’re sorry to learn that you found the fit of the neckline uncomfortable. This is the first time we’ve become aware of the issue, and we’re disappointed that we didn’t have the opportunity to help before you felt the need to leave a review, as our customer service team is always happy to assist with any concerns. We’ve reached out to you by email and would really appreciate the opportunity to make this right. We hope to hear from you soon so we can work towards a satisfactory resolution. Warmly, The Lilyflower Milestones Team 🌸
