Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for your kind comments about the quality, sizing and design of the t-shirt. We’re so pleased to hear you were happy with the product. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery time. As a small family-run business, every item is made to order especially for each customer rather than being held as ready-made stock. Our typical production and shipping times are 4–10 days, and these timescales are displayed before checkout and in our FAQs so customers know what to expect. We really appreciate your feedback and are sorry we weren’t able to meet your expectations on this occasion. We hope the recipient loves their gift, and thank you again for choosing Lilyflower Milestones.

We’re very sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t what you expected. We’re pleased that you liked the design, but we’re sorry to learn that you found the fit of the neckline uncomfortable. This is the first time we’ve become aware of the issue, and we’re disappointed that we didn’t have the opportunity to help before you felt the need to leave a review, as our customer service team is always happy to assist with any concerns. We’ve reached out to you by email and would really appreciate the opportunity to make this right. We hope to hear from you soon so we can work towards a satisfactory resolution. Warmly, The Lilyflower Milestones Team 🌸
