I was able to have my pcp send my prescription and after going back and fourth with lily direct and gift health i decided to go to a compound pharmacy in Texas. Customer service is a joke. They just want to send you back and fourth. They say they will call you back and then when they do they let it ring 1x and hang up...not impressed.

Purchasing is SUPER easy. They’ll remind you a million times to complete your purchase. After that, they don’t care. I purchased a week ago and the day the tracking information was received it said “we are returning to package to the sender.” I’ve tried for days to get a replacement shipment (or even a DATE a replacement shipment might be sent out) and have had no luck. No one has any information, but, hey they’re not in a hurry since that already have my money. This is very poor service. Customer service is also very unhelpful.

Using LillyDirect and Gift Health has been a nightmare. I got my medicine but not the syringes. You can't deliver injectable meds without syringes. So I have been trying to "chat" with a human to get the syringes. I'm four days in and no syringes yet. I have the receipt where I ordered the supply kit with syringes that they failed to send and poor quality control failed to catch. I can't believe this loop I am caught in with no help from either company. Beyond frustrating. Simply cannot recommend.

Lilly Direct uses Gift Health as their pharmacy. These people communicate very poorly with customers, as I was never told when a package had shipped. These medications are temperature sensitive, so it is best to be ready when they arrive. When I had reached my goal, they refused to let me discontinue the medication. In the U.S., patients have a right to refuse treatment, but they said I could not end the prescription. This company seems to use unethical practices once they have you locked in.

My first prescription of Zepbound 2.5 went very well however I have been caught between my doctors office and LillyDirect since Monday (4 full days) trying to get the 2d one approved and processed, both sides put me into the middle. Both sides tell me what they have done yet here I am evening of day 4 and nothing is in the works!!! I am suppose to start my next round of 4 shots tomorrow.

Once Dr sends prescription, the med and supplies arrive so fast!
