I was trying to match additional Lightolier track lighting to existing tracks in my home and also purchase filters and louvers for all of my spots. Lighting by Gregory made the process, that seemed complicated to other companies, simple. They knew exactly what I needed. They have very talented and competent staff that are solution-oriented. I would not purchase my lighting anywhere else -- they are simply the best at what they do.

After a number of months, the transformer and one of the lights on lighting I purchased through Lightening By Gregory developed problems. I contacted them and, after some back and forth with a salesman, ended up with the customer service group. They were very responsive: they contacted the manufacturer and followed up with them to make sure the problem was resolved. Area for improvement might be on follow up/setting time frames. But over all very pleased with the support.

Besides the excellent selection from track lighting to recessed lights. Our salesman, Sam, was right on in all his advice! See him!
