LBG has been my go-to lighting supplier for 25-30 years, and I'm still working with some of the same sales people. It's great to have a lighting company that helps you figure out the appropriate solutions for new projects. Always on target with their advice.

Had issue with color of light shade. Many calls not returned, ultimately photo of shade on website did not accurately represent true color. Representative did offer a return.

I was not impressed by the customer service at the store. Unfortunately, the salesperson we typically use was on vacation. I was helped by another gentleman who did not seem too bothered about helping me. I had two separate lighting fixtures I was looking for, and he told me they didn't have either in the store. He said I would have to look at the online catalog. I have no problem looking at the online catalog, but he sort of dismissed me quickly and I awkwardly turned around to leave as I realized I would get no further help or attention from him. I am no lighting expert, so I was in need of some professional assistance, which I did not receive. Overall, not a great trip to Lighting By Gregory.

I have worked with Lighting by Gregory on multiple occasions as we have moved from house to house. They are always so helpful in providing options and giving suggestions for solutions. On this last interaction they actually helped me with a manufacturer issue where I needed to replace some lights - they made sure that i got credited from the manufacturer and had the replacement lights sent out quickly. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Sale person was extremely helpful but when I called to pick up special order. Placed on hold twice and answered the same questions twice
