The in-store experience was good, but the followup experience was inadequate after placing a large order and paying for it up front. Phone calls and emails were hard to get replies to my questions and still haven't received answers to some of them.

Worked with Mark R, who takes care to listen to the customer's interest/request and determines feasibility and/or considers the proposed application relative to the physical characteristics and similar conditions. Offers plausible and valued advice, recommendations and/or appropriate product and bears the patience to endure my lengthy due diligence. LBG's merchandising and quality was also consistent to the architecture and style for the proposed application I intended to achive. The only encumbrance is the payment process; which entails multiple documents. Don't expect to simply give a credit card and have it swiped. No...you have to fill out a form with all of your credit card information, sign it and sign the invoice and ensure that the invoice and credit card forms are in agreement. If handling a transaction remotely, you need a scanner or fax machine to handle it.
