There is no lighting expert and service compared to Ed Silveri. No doubt your company has just about any product, but it's the details, of which Ed never misses, that makes the difference. Our salesperson, Vivian, was really helpful, and we found the perfect lamp for us. Unfortunately, she didn't realize that the company would be closed for a couple of days, so shipping would be delayed. No big deal, normally, but we were out of town on the delivery date, which required a signature.
