Your product is not what I had hoped for. I’ll go back to my local retail. You get what you pay for. I tried 3 bottles.

Substance that was supposed to be CBN distillate was hard and mainly useless, I wish I had my money back from this purchase. I will not buy from them again.

Hello Travis, Thank you for your honest feedback! Of course you can get a refund for anything you purchase from us within 90-days of your purchase. We encourage customers to try out products and welcome returns if you are dissatisfied. Please just contact us directly so we can take care of you and maybe with your refund you might find another product that we carry, that may be more useful for you. Regarding the CBN it is very hard and brittle but may be softened by warming it to get the 25mg serving size. It may then be consumed directly or used in myriad ways. We decided to sell it in its purest form for maximum flexibility for usage. We look forward to hearing back from you directly so we can take care of you! Meanwhile, we hope that you may try softening and using the CBN as those customers who have, have found it very effective. Best regards, Leo and the LiftMode Hemp Team
Took it at 8 pm. Felt nothing. Woke at midnight felt agitated. Could not sleep. Felt depressed and awful the entire day.

This is the strongest hemp oil I ever bought. I like it much better than all other brands.

I did not receive the 20% off my order as advertised. I emailed them about it and and they told me I forgot to enter the coupon at checkout. I told them I did enter it, but added more on to the order and the system deleted it. I asked for them to honor it. They emailed me again and told me I had to return the product back to them and reorder it again, to get the 20% off. I returned it. This has to be the worst customer service I ever experienced and ultimate in stupidity in handling a credit. Edit, 10/1/20: They did credit my credit card for the full amount of the return today, so apparently they are able to issue credits, which they previously told me they could not. All I asked for was the 20% coupon that I thought I had applied at checkout be credited to my credit card. I don’t believe their explanation. I was a good customer, but no longer.

Hello Gary, Thank you for your honest feedback and assessment of our service and handling of your issue. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply a discount to a completed order, so it is my understanding that the agent offered you either a $50 discount/store credit for a future purchase. or to refund you in full if you return the completed order, allowing you to immediately place a new order and use the coupon code that somehow was not applied when you ordered. This may seem stupid but the options are fair - to reorder using the coupon and get a full refund return of the initial order. We would of course cover return shipping costs - an expense absorbed on our end to try to see to your satisfaction. The other option was to keep the order and get a $50 discount code for a future order. Apparently, neither option were satisfactory. Although you agreed in your correspondence, we see here that you are completely dissatisfied. We do apologize for any inconvenience, disappointment or failure to see to your complete satisfaction in any and all ways possible. We also regret that our effort to offer a discount turned into a negative experience. Please do contact us again directly, so we can be sure to offer you proper recompense as well was a reward for your patience and support. Sincerely, we look forward to hearing back from you again soon and to serving you much better in the future. Kind regards, Leo and the LiftMode Team
