Hello Travis, Thank you for your honest feedback! Of course you can get a refund for anything you purchase from us within 90-days of your purchase. We encourage customers to try out products and welcome returns if you are dissatisfied. Please just contact us directly so we can take care of you and maybe with your refund you might find another product that we carry, that may be more useful for you. Regarding the CBN it is very hard and brittle but may be softened by warming it to get the 25mg serving size. It may then be consumed directly or used in myriad ways. We decided to sell it in its purest form for maximum flexibility for usage. We look forward to hearing back from you directly so we can take care of you! The interest generated by our free giveaway and subsequent 50% off promotion was astounding, and we are overwhelmed by the response - also grateful for the patience and support of our customers, so many of whom helped us figure out and fix many website issues before the full launch of our LiftMode Hemp site. We apologize for any inconvenience we have caused, and for the delays in our response time to your concerns. Since the prelaunch campaign began, we have been working hard to prioritize responding to as many customers as possible, but the amazing number of inquiries (mostly good ones) has outstripped our small customer support department. We can happily report that our system that close to a thousand orders have already successfully made their way out to our customers, along with an automated confirmation email and tracking information. However unfortunately some payment methods for the free order promotion ran into technical glitches during the prelaunch period, and this resulted in unfortunate order cancellations, sometimes in error.
