My first experience placing an order was quick and easy made my job a lot easier. I also appreciated the email from Will on our first purchase and I let him know should we need anything in the future I'll definitely be back! Easiest experience ever, keep up the great work! Lori

Great products, fast shipping, and reasonable price. I had to split up my order so it could be sent via mail instead of a straight truck, but that was easy enough to do.

Thank you for taking the time to review us, Alan! We are happy to hear that you had a 5* experience. We are looking forward to next time! Thanks!
Jeff split the order so that a loading dock was not required to deliver the order. It would have been just as easy to cancel the order or charge extra for home delivery.

Both legs of the hand rails need to be the same length so one can bolt them to the flat surface of the step instead of the narrow surface that gets into the radius!!!
