Hi Andy, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, we appreciate every drop of feedback as it helps us strengthen our business model and customer service. We're glad that our pricing was sharp and appologize that it took our vendor a little longer to ship your order than expected, I do believe that due to the volume ordered there was an unexpected delay, I appologize that this was clearly not effectively communicated to you. I checked the tracking number and you are correct, it seems the url link was incorrect, thank you for pointing that out, I have written an email to you today providing a working link and it looks like delivery is due any moment. Please reach out if there is anything else we can assist you with [email protected] Thank you for putting your trust in LES USA, we appreciate your business and look forward to the next time. -Will

Dear Arianna, Thanks for making it LES USA, we are sorry for the frustrations caused with this order. Whilst we state this item ships in 1-2 days, this is a promise of our vendor and on this occasion they were unable to fulfill that promise. -For this we sincerely apologize. In regards to the shipping we understand the goods were delivered today (Wednesday) and that the delay you experienced from Friday until today was due to standard LTL shipping times (normally this is 3-5 days) combined with Easter Holidays. We know that the extra days delay from the vendor caused the shipment to get held up in the Easter holiday delays and made all the difference- we are sorry for that, if you decide to purchase anything else from us in the future please email us and we will be glad to provide free shipping and a special discount on the items you wish to buy. Thanks again for making it LES USA and we hope to welcome you back soon! If you have any questions you can reach out to me directly. Will
