I purchased a telescopic spreader beam with end caps and upon arrival, the beam had been damaged in transit. Upon notifying LES, they addressed the issue promptly and had a truck pick it up within 2 days. Customer service throughout this process was outstanding as they communicated well and had the spreader beam back in no time!

Kudos to Will who helped in selecting and ordering equipment, answering questions and diligently following through to delivery! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. The manufacturer's delivery promises were poor due to Mayor Pete's unresolved "supply chain problems".

Hi Mary Lou Thanks for your time on the phone just now. We’re really sorry to hear your expectations of returns were not met. As mentioned in our call: per our terms displayed on the website we do not accept returns on slings. They are in fact made to order and you can check this as the manufacture date is displayed on the tag which will be after the date that you made the order. Our slings are non-returnable since we cannot resell them. Per our discussion though, I’ll be happy to refund you in full as a gesture of good will in hope that we can resolve this matter and you’ll be able to leave a more positive experience :) Thank you! -Will, LES USA
