These guys were so great to work with. They are pleasant on the phone, they call back when they say they will, and they do what they say they will do and their products are terrific. Had an issue with lost product from UPS and these guys went out of their way to help me. I will keep using them.

Your website made it quick and easy to find the product I was looking for. I really like how I got a call before my product was ship to verify of what kind of truck needed to be used to ship. And can't leave customer service out, they was very helpful as well.

Good Morning Loc, Firstly, thank you for your business and for taking the time to review our levels of service, continuous improvement is of paramount importance to us and we take all feedback seriously in order to learn and grow from it. As a result, upon reading this review we immediately conducted an internal investigation with our team over the weekend to determine the root cause, issues and possible resolutions. We apologize that our vendor let us and you down several times with the ship-date of your crane system, sometimes with made-to-order items this can happen as a result of staff shortages or supply chain issues which are beyond the control of LES USA and our vendors. In regards to our levels of customer service, in this instance we believe there may be some confusion, we can assure you that every single call in to our office is answered (we can see statistics of this), if our sales/support team are busy assisting other customers our receptionist takes the request and pushes it to the relevant team members typically within 1-2 minutes of a call. We see from the logs that your colleague Kim called in at 10:15 CST on 06/06/24 and we immediately jumped in to action, unfortunately the email we sent bounced back and so our team member Nadera reached out via phone to Kim to clarify the email address, you were then copied in to an email confirming that we would provide tracking as soon as it ships (it was due to ship that day), this appeared to be satisfactory to your team. You then called in after 17:00 CST (we close at 17:00 CST but were still able to answer your call) unfortunately there was no update available at the time of the call (typically tracking is provided to us within 24hours of the shipment leaving) first thing the next morning we provided a coupon and tracking number to you promptly by email. We appreciate that you did not personally get a call back and in hindsight we should have called you both, however I think our team was confused because there was two people calling in about this and we responded to Kim verbally and by email and assumed by copying you in to the email that you would be kept in the loop. We are sorry that you felt our team did not do their best in regards to customer service, I can assure you that we were doing everything within our power to satisfy you but your comment about us not picking up the phone is simply incorrect. We hope that this reply provides an insight in to what happened in this situation and helps correct some of your doubts about our customer service. If there is anything we can do to assist you in the future, please do not hesitate to reach out to our friendly and dedicated team. -Will
