Dear David, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear the hat did not meet your expectations and arrived with a creased inside band. This is not the quality we strive for, and we understand how disappointing it can be. We'd love the opportunity to make this right for you. Please reach out to us at our customer service email with your order number, and we'll ensure a replacement is sent out to you promptly.
Love the color selection, but hat construction feels flimsy and cheap. For comparison, I’ve got a few Legacy hats, and they feel much more solid. The inside band is heftier and has sturdier stitching. The bill is harder, and the adjustable strap feels heavier. This all results in a sort of pliant feel that doesn’t suit the hats for more than casual wear and can sometimes tent and sag under different scenarios. Good as a beater hat if you’re looking to up your color selection, but won’t stand the test of time I believe.

Hi Maxwell, Thank you for your detailed feedback on our hats. We're glad you appreciate our color selection but are concerned to hear about your experience with the construction quality. We aim for both style and durability in our products, and it sounds like we've missed the mark in your case. We value the comparison you've drawn with other brands, as it gives us specific areas to consider for improvement. Quality is a cornerstone of our brand, and your insights are invaluable in helping us enhance our products. We're committed to ensuring our customers are more than satisfied. If there's an opportunity for us to address your concerns with a product that better meets your expectations, please contact our customer service with your order number. We're here to support you and would welcome any further thoughts or needs you have regarding our hats. Lift Down Support
