After a slight mishap on my Ship To location, I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the quality of the hats. The colors and materials are just as indicated...and I love the muted earth tones!

Thank you for sharing your experience, Rick. We're glad to hear that despite the initial mishap with the shipping location, you are pleased with our service and the quality of your hats. It's great to know the colors and materials met your expectations, especially the muted earth tones you love! If there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reach out. Enjoy your new hats!
The hat quality is good and price with fright charges, is above average, no argument on this. I ordered the XL hat and when delivered, I immediately tried the hat on and felt like it was to large. So I contacted “Lift Down” for exchange for a normal size “large” (via email). I was expecting, I would need to cover the fright charges but did not expect a restocking fee! After paying $29 for the hat and shipping charges along with a restocking fee, I decided to keep the XL hat, I ordered and never mind asking for an exchange, due to the cost of the exchange fees. I would end up with a hat closer too the $50 range, when all said and done.

The hat's ok, but the incessant advertising, spam, reminders, etc since shopping with Lift Down make me regret shopping with them

Very fast delivery in the US. The colours shown online are very accurate when compared to the actual cap.

Thank you, Timothy, for highlighting the accuracy of our colors and the speed of our delivery! We're delighted to hear that your experience matched your expectations. Enjoy your new cap!
I am blessed with a huge noggin. Caps were an impossibility for me until I found Lift Down. Those little plastic adjustable strips on the back are just a joke as far as I’m concerned. Then I ran across the Lift Down website and investigated. Sure enough you make caps that fit me with room to spare. They are very well made, comfortable and look good too! Ordering is trouble free, shipping is quick, over all a great buying experience and a very enjoyable product! I now own 6 of your caps!
