I ordered 3 hats and one did not fit right. Came down too far on my head. I was sent a replacement hat and it fits fine. They made me happy. I really like the hats!

I have both a wool one and cotton one. Both hats are very good quality and well made with lots of color choices and great customer service.

Inconsistent product and lame customer service. I ordered a hat back in August and LOVED it. Ordered three more and they are ALL different. Fit different, nothing is consistent. I asked Lift Down to return them and they said I'd have to pay the shipping and the processing fee but they could offer me replacements. I went with the replacements and they also are so bad. The sizing is awful and they're just bad, inconsistent products. I asked for a refund and a return and they said I'd have to pay shipping back and the processing fee. Just lame. I wish they worked, but they do not but it's their fault and they won't work with me to help make it better. Update: They emailed me after responding here and essentially said they didn't believe me that the sizing was off and there isn't much they can do. They sent me a return shipping label but said they cannot comp the processing fee because it's just too much for the now six hats that I have. I know it's just hats but I don't love being ignored until I post a review here, not being believed, and provided with lame solution.
