LifeX Research Corp Is not an Insurance Company - Networks =PHCS PPO- Cigna PPO is the LX Group Benefits Coverage
I have worked in my father's doctor's office for years and know from experience that people who are told they do not take LifeX Research Group Benefits are not accepted. LIFEX RESEARCH CORP IS NOT AN INSURANCE COMPANY AND DOES NOT SELL INSURANCE. It is a data company that collects lifestyle information through questionnaires and offers group health benefits to its W-2 employees. Pays $40.00 per hour for a quarterly survey and issues a W-2, giving them access to the LifeX Group Benefits, just like Home Depot offers insurance to its employees. The Insurance is Cigna - PHCS. It clearly indicates that on the back of your card. When speaking to the front desk, you MUST indicate that your National PPO Network is CIGNA-PHCS insurance, or they will tell you that you have no insurance.
