Great job on logo, branding, website design and merchandising
We hired Logo Poppin (LP) to help with logo design and branding strategy when we were launching our consulting firm startup. From the very beginning, we were happy with their clear and fair pricing. What really stood out, though, was how professional and responsive the entire team was throughout the project. Ben served as our main point of contact and kept us fully updated at every stage — we always knew exactly what was being worked on, when it would be delivered, and what the costs would be. This was a big contrast to the previous business development company we worked with, who frequently nickel-and-dimed us on every change and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for another round of revisions on the logo. With LP, we never felt rushed or pressured. They patiently went through multiple design reviews without ever asking “are we done yet?” or trying to charge extra for reasonable adjustments. Once the logo and core branding were complete, we continued working with them on stationery, business cards, email signatures, and even a full line of customized merchandise for our company. Everything was produced to a high standard. After the branding phase, we had originally planned to look for a separate web design company. However, Ben asked if we would give LP a chance to quote on the website. We showed them our existing site, and they took on the project. Over the next five months, they completely rebuilt and improved the website far beyond what we had imagined. The final result was clean, professional, and much more effective for our consulting business — and it came in noticeably under the budget we had expected. One of the biggest advantages was having a single point of contact the whole time. Whether it was logo work, branding, website development, email setup, IT-related questions, or merchandise, Ben handled everything. This made communication simple and consistent. On scheduling, LP was excellent. Every deliverable with a pre-agreed deadline was completed on time or even early. If there were any minor delays (for example due to team members being out of office), they always let us know in advance. Whenever we had concerns, Ben reassured us they had it under control — and they always delivered without sending unexpected extra bills for small adjustments or additional support. For example, when it came time to print the business cards, Ben didn’t just hand over the design files and wish us luck. He stayed involved with the printing vendor, proactively resolved formatting issues, and made sure the final printed materials matched our vision perfectly. Another instance where they went well above and beyond was when we wanted custom branded coffee mugs. Ben personally researched more than seven different manufacturers, compared options, and helped us select the best one that met our schedule, budget, and quality requirements without any additional charge for his time. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Logo Poppin and felt they provided comprehensive support from start to finish. We would feel comfortable recommending them for branding and website projects. Charles Wolfe
