Could not have had a better experience
From beginning to end this was nothing but a positive experience. I was referred to your company by a friend who also had a positive experience. I was looking to make the shower a safer place for my elderly parent which has been having a hard time getting in and out . Jason contacted me and was good enough to set up a time to meet on my lunch hour so I would not have to take anytime off from work. He was right on time and no high pressure sales. Was very nice and came in and gave me suggestions some of which I had not thought about . Once we decided to go ahead with Lifeway I asked if he would be able to set up the installation for 7/5 which most people (including myself) had that day off from work for the holiday weekend. He called his installer Dan and he agreed to come. Dan got there a little early actually which typically is AWESOME except my dad needed a little more time . Dan was very kind and understanding said to take all the time he needed he would get his stuff out of the truck and if he had to sit and wait it wasn't a problem. Dan put drop clothes down coming into the house and was VERY clean and courteous while he got the job done. He was also very good about explaining things and asking my opinion of placement of the grab bars while also giving me some suggestions which worked out great. He cleaned up after himself and was done in about 4 hours. I could not have asked for better service from both Jason and Dan and would HIGHLY recommend this company and the two of them as well in the future (as a matter of fact I already have) . Thanks again Lifeway and Jason and Dan for a job well done !
