I found that my mother using Life station gives me peace of mind when I can not be around.

I dislocated my hip in my bathroom. Both my land line phone and cell phone were in different rooms and totally unreachable. So I pressed the "magic button" (I tell people that it's Apple's next version of their wrist phone but I can't show it to anybody under the penalty of death). My base unit is two rooms away from where I was. However, within 20 seconds of me pushing the button someone came on the line. When they realized that I was nowhere near the unit they started to shout, and I shouted in return. The fact that the television set was on made it a little more difficult but they definitely heard me say "hip dislocation." I am not sure what process followed but I do know that the EMTs were at my apartment within 10 minutes (I was hoping that they would bring Michael Jackson's doctor with them). Ever since this happened I have been wondering what I would've done if I did not have LifeStation. The first time I had a hip dislocation, eight years ago, I was in my bedroom and it took me more than half an hour to crawl one foot, in order to get to my phone. I live by myself and do not have anyone who visits me with any degree of regularity. I have several friends in the area but, if they called and got my voicemail, they would think nothing of it. In other words, I could've been lying on the floor of my bathroom, unable to move, for any number of days (or weeks). With no access to food or water I do not think I am being overly dramatic when I say that it is quite possible that LifeStation saved my life. You have my permission to use these comments on any materially you use to solicit new customers – whether that be mailings, advertisments, etc.

LifeStation has been a Godsend for my mother. She lives in independent assisted living. They do have pull cords in the bedroom and bathroom but, what happens if she needs help and can't get to those? This has happened several times and LifeStation has been right on the money in calling for assistance for her. I would recommend this to anyone with medical issues that could require assistance. In my opinion, very affordable. Couldn't be happier.

They called as soon as they were aware that the was an emergency. There was also follow up after the patient was seen.

I fell and don't remember how O ended up on the floor in the position I was in at that time. The button was on my left arm and I was unable. To get to it for several minutes but when I got it I heard the alarm go off and as soon as it stopped the voice of my Help. He couldn't hear what I said but I heard him say "EMS is on the way and your son will also be there soon". They were both here in minutes. I had a displaced humerus fx. Taken to ER and medicated and sent home. Since I have CHF. My doctor decided on a brace instead of surgery. I now have brace off 1/2 of day (13 & 1/2 weeks later. Now working on strength $ ROM Thank you for being my saver.

Having LifeStation for my mother in law has provided the peace of mind needed for her to maintain her independence. She does not mind the wrist alert (calls it her 'watch") and willingly tests it monthly. We shopped around and this is a great product with excellent customer service.

I feel safer since I've had it. It seems like it takes too long for them to answer, when I test my system every month. Especially if I actually had an emergency.

Good experience with company. Helpful and friendly staff. Service was easy to use.
