LifeStation is easy for my 95 year old mother to use; they respond quickly and give us comfort knowing that they are there should our mother need help because we are not there with her.

We have had several unintended alerts lately (pushing button when we didn't want to). Life Station has been alert, timely, efficient and kind. That makes for a secure and positive feeling about wearing our lanyards.

Purchased one for my mother and one for mother in law. my mother's hums constantly. annoying. the first year life station had the wrong address for my mother in laws. someone transposed the numbers. the second year the wrist button stopped working. for the money, I expect perfection. I haven't tried any other providers to compare.

We never like to hear that our service was anything less than outstanding. They never tried to pressure me in any way. Everyone I have ever had any kind of contact with at life station has treated me or my Mother with respect and kindness. There are a lot of companies out there today however after looking and talking to the competition , LifeStation is the leader hands down!

I haven't had to use it in an emergency yet, but it is comforting knowing it is there if needed. I have not had a single problem with monthly checks!

Reasonable rates - providing AARP discount. Plus their equipment is UL Listed which makes a big difference to me.

We are so glad that we tried LifeStation for my father. He did not want it, but we said let's just try it. When he did have to use it, he was glad he did. They call out to him from the base and he can hear it and talk back to it and tell them what he needs. We get a call to tell us the situation. I am glad he has gotten a discount due to he was in the military.
