the button to wear could have 2 updates. One is that it is sort of heavy to wear all the time. The second is that I wish it would say somehow how much time is left on the charge so I know when to put it in the charger.

We purchased the system and our annual subscription was renewed automatically. After one month, we did not need the system and were told we would be refunded the unused months. However, upon returning the system, customer rep. said that was not the case and we owed the entire annual amount. This is unreasonable and was falsely communicated by two sales people verbally that we would be refunded anytime we quit using this service.

I ordered a Lifestation for my mom and mother in law, hoping not to need them but wanted to have some peace of mind! I was sure glad I did when I received a call from the Life station service! Not far away from home, I headed straight there! By the time I got there, the police were there and an ambulance to help my mother in law from her fall and a bloodied nose! Boy, was I glad that I got the Life station service!! Sincerely, Walter G

I ordered on a Monday and received the product via UPS on Friday night about 8pm. When I went to install it, I found out since you have to dial 9 to get an outside extension I would need a different modem. First I think when you are dealing with the elderly who live in communities this is a question that should be asked when ordering. I had no clue there were different devices. I was told since it was the weekend another device would go out on Monday. There is no express shipping available and now I have been worried sick for almost 2 weeks that something may happen to my mother. I called on Thursday 10/26/17 and was informed it won't be coming until next week! It takes 3 days to get the order ready and now it is coming via the USPS. I asked why not UPS and she said because it was a replacement order. It was not a replacement but the wrong device was sent to me. I am very unhappy that they cannot accomodate the needs of the elderly. I wish I would have picked a different provider now.

When I've hit the button accidentally someone responds very very quickly. They ask if you need any help and if your alright. I highly recommend them. Always has been very nice!

I haven't had to use my life station but it seems to be doing okay.

The button with the fall detection seems to be a bit more sensitive then necessary. My mother has activated it when putting it on and taking it off. But other than that, we are very pleased.
